Rhodanthe
Observer to the Spirit of Iolaus
Keeper of the Blue outfit he wore when saving his cousin Regina

Age: 24
Description: none
History: My name is Rhodanthe. My father is second generation Grecian/Norse. Grandmother was sold to his father, to earn her keep in chores, look pretty around the place, and send the money home to the harsh-lands of Odin... Grandpa, however, fell in love with her, and provided for her family because of this alone. Here to add my voice, letting this flat world know what a good man Iolaus is, (for our tribute), I say these words about he, the man I still love:
I met Iolaus because he held up the world above my head. He made me smile, and that, to be sure, is a gift.
When he and Hercules turned Atlas into stone, and travelled on, they met me along the way… Travelling to my sister’s, to be with her as she brought my nephew into the world, I welcomed my two companions on the journey.
Iolaus stayed on in the village for half a season. Hercules, too. No one called them away for weeks’, and Iolaus often dropped by to take me to the local tavern, (where we’d dig into a sumptuous feast at every opportunity!) when my brother-in-law was around to take my place in caring for mother and baby…
Iolaus makes me smile, even now… An artist at the tavern sketched him one night, capturing the joy of this man… And, I captured the finished artwork at the end of the night. Iolaus is a flatterer, and a flirt, no mistake, but he’s a diamond in so much rough around here. His eyes glitter, his smile sparkles, and his heart glints as genuine. He would tell me I had the most beautiful dusky rose hair, but it wasn’t the once in a while compliments that won me! It was the way that he didn’t work hard to impress me – whether or not we did indeed spend most of our time in a tavern! -. He’s confident, yet humble, a kind natured hero to many, and the keeper of all that makes me happy! Iolaus is a gift I treasure - From the Light, he reminds me of the Light, and all it has to offer…!!!
